Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Just drop us an email at support@apexpharma.com.sg or call us at +65 6741 5400 and we'll assist you.



We can only accept refunds/exchanges provided they meet the following conditions:



  • For Refund/exchanges: Purchases made within 7 days. (including weekend and public holiday)
  • Proof of purchase: Original invoice/receipt.
  • Items must be in original packaging and unused, or unadulterated.
  • We do not accept refunds/exchanges for hygienic or disposable products. (e.g. incontinence products, creams, gels, etc.)
  • Please note that the delivery cost will not be refunded.
  • Apex reserves the right to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our warehouse.
  • Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
  • Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
  • Returned fee of $5.00 shall apply except for the following:
    • Wrong items are being delivered.
    • Goods are damaged upon received.


Customer can only cancel order within 24hrs of purchase via call to Apex Pharma hotline provided the orders has yet to be sent out.



Steps to return Item



Step 1: Pack the unopened items into the parcel that it was shipped in.

Step 2: Attached the original invoice to the parcel. (a copy is also attached in this email)

Step 3: Customer has a choice to send the parcel down to Apex Pharma Office or use our courier service. (Do note that courier services is chargeable at SGD $5.00)

Refund may take up to 8 working days upon receiving the return parcel. For refund to take place, kindly attached the invoice and Refund form in the email and sent to consumer.sales@apexpharma.com.sg
